Kansas City Market Watch...for the month of June 2015 home sales were up 6.2% over June 2014. The average sales price in June 2015 was 5.5% higher than June 2014.The number of homes on the market in June 2015 was down 21.2% from June 2014. The months supply of homes on the market in June 2015 was 3.8 months which leans in favor of a seller's market.
